but thats not the point. the point is, it seems like art of war can be applied anytime, anywhere. im facinated.
the thirty-six chinese classical strategies are all cunning strategies. for example, kill with a borrowed knife, conceal a dagger in a smile, create something out of nothing, lure the tiger out of the mountain, make a feint to the east while attacking the west, sow discord in the enemy's camp, inflicting injury on oneself to win the enemy's trust, and of course, the famous beauty trap!
art of war is very popular among businessmen, i heard. and i know football managers use art of war as well. after studying in the business course for 3 years, and majoring in marketing, i think there's some sense in it. alot of times, business strategies are quite.. erm.. jian! hahaha..
just wondering, is there a prescribed way to success? and is the saying about "honest people don't get far" true?
